Mail and Packages

Campus mail is managed by FASS Mail Services

If you have a items large in quantity or size, please provide mail services with a heads-up at uomailing@uoregon.edu so they can ensure there is room in the delivery truck. Incoming Mail & Packages

Campus Mail, including anything received from through the United States Postal Service(USPS) will be delivered to the mailroom, Lillis 360, and will be distributed to mailboxes daily. The 6-digit code you were assigned will unlock this door. 

The Lundquist Welcome Kiosk located in the atrium receives Fed Ex and UPS packages. A member of the student staff will notify recipients that a package has arrived and will hold at the Kiosk. If the Kiosk staff does not hear from a recipient, they will bring the packages to the mailroom. 

Outgoing Mail & Packages

  • Campus mail and packages
    • for mail to other offices on the Eugene campus, please address the items by following the instructions here and include the recipient name, department name, and the University Zip+4 address
    • for mail to the Portland campus and other state agencies, follow the instructions here and be sure to include the full address on the parcel as you would for any item sent via USPS, UPS, or FexEd and include the word "SHUTTLE" on the mailing label
  • Domestic and International mail
  • Personal mail 
    • If you have personal outgoing mail that is stamped and addressed, you are welcome to leave it in the mailroom in the drawer marked "Stamped" to be picked up by the mail carrier.
