Lundquist OA Evaluation Documentation

Below is the timeline for the evaluation cycle covering the period from August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023. You can move faster than these deadlines, but not slower. All evaluations must be completed and on file for employees to be considered for merit this year. The merit pool is 3%. Further information on merit will be forthcoming.

By September 15, 2023:

Stage 1: Supervisors log into the portal to notify employees of the evaluation process and request completion of their self-evaluation. This process generates an email to each employee, a sample of which is shown in the detailed instructions that follow.  It may be that you are just resending the invitation to remind the employee to complete this step.

By September 22, 2023:

Stage 2: Employee self-evaluation due to supervisor.    

When the employee electronically submits their self-evaluation, the system will send an email to the employee’s supervisor(s).

By October 6, 2023:

Stage 3: Supervisors complete their initial evaluation of each employee and submit via the portal for review by the Dean’s Office.  

By October 11, 2023:

Stage 4: Dean’s Office second-level review will be completed and evaluations will be returned to the supervisor(s) by Friday, September 11.  

By October 23, 2023: 

Stage 5: Supervisors meet with employees to review assessments at which time, employees and supervisors will digitally sign reviews via the portal  

By October 27, 2023: 

Completed, electronically signed evaluations due to the Dean’s Office.   

By October 30, 2023:

Final reviews submitted to UO HR by the Dean’s Office.
